I designed Rakuten’s organic content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, X, and Facebook. Organic social widely ranged from playful memes to shopping guides, along with promotional campaigns, announcements, and celebratory moments. We experimented with trending formats that allowed us to study audience interaction and drive engagement. Our consistent production of social content maximized Rakuten’s following across all social channels over the years.

TikTok and Reels

I was both a designer and content creator for Rakuten’s TikToks and Instagram Reels, leading design, videography, and on-camera performance. We promoted campaigns such as Rakuten’s Big Fat Check payout program, Refer-A-Friend program, shopping events, and educational content. We ensured video stayed relevant to popular audios and trending skits while maintaining the brand’s playful voice.
